About Elizabeth

Elizabeth Hill is a Director of the Valuation Department, advising clients throughout Wales across most commercial property sectors.

She undertakes asset valuations for private companies and public sector organisations. She provides expert valuations to the Court and has experience in attending Court. She is experienced in providing valuations for Charities.  She provides valuations for taxation purposes. Elizabeth also helps oversee compliance with professional standards within the department.

• Asset Valuation advice to Powys County Council, Gwent Police, South Wales Fire & Rescue and National Library Wales
• Valuations for inheritance tax purposes including negotiations with the District Valuer reducing clients’ liability
• Charities-Qualified Surveyors Reports for charitable organisations.

• RICS Registered Valuer
• Former Chairman of the South Wales RICS matrics committee
